Yes, Zarine. I totally agree. I think we have to be resourceful nowadays, and people are relearning the resourcefulness of their ancestors. I think the more we can support each other, spend quality time together, cook for each other, and care for each other, the less we will need, or seek out, products to meets our personal needs and desires.
Agree 100%. When we lead a fulfilling life, of quality time, sports, meditation & other activities we don't want to fill the void with objects.
I am seeing people obsessing over the fact that their sibling has two cars while they only have one, the neighbor has a bigger house or even that the kid's friend performs better at school than their kid. Ridiculous. In my times (I am a millennial) my neighbor would be happy for me when I did well at school.
